What is max LVL cap today ?

I didnt played for quite some time and on multiplayer cant find anyone above 30 , so i want to ask , in 2023 it was 31 , was it increased ?

Current level cap is 10,000, but realistically still 31.

no, the number of skill points you get is limited at lvl 30(or 31). But you continue to get xp after that, until 10k as said.
People that play from start with the same char can surely reach 400, maybe more.
In general, people I encounter are often between 40/60.
