Anyone can help? I cannot find it. Yes I know "Under big red text "IGA", there are door, go inside and you have it". But there a problem. The door are closed and barricade with pallets and barrels. Do i need to complete some quest or something? I had already done mission with microfuel and toxic gase here.

The 23 June 2022 patch has now placed the HEDP Schematic outside the building, on top of some debris by the blue locked door.
