Broängen Dirt Track Control Point Category Limit bug?

Hi,

Is this a bug? The Broängen Dirt Track Control Point Category Limit is way too low. Only 23/23 and for the rest of the Control Points it is over 150. You can only build a very, very small base with that amount. So is this a bug or intended for some reason?

Actually, no. I was lazy to restart the current session, but a restart seems to have this issue fixed. Still very weird issue and shouldn't have occurred in the first place. :)
