New Map Expansion??

Any chance the devs will open up a new map in the game?

It isn't currently planned per the latest recorded Live Stream on YouTube by Systemic Reaction. But the Survey they currently have did offer it as a choice in a question about what the person taking the survey would like to see most, as one of 8 options and I think you got to choose perhaps 3. So, who knows.

well...the island above the alpine unrest island himjall or something is being worked on the one day i decided to look at it when i was bored looked at a spot where i though a lake would be and couple days after the new update i seen that spot was now filled with water on the map plus there is roads planed on the island also a small landing strip

DLC Island 2, the big one near Himfjall, has alaways had a lake of water and roads so I'd say there has not been any development on this island.
