What should i do with fnix supercomputers?

I find Fnix outpost with supercomputer in it, black box with white lines, what should i do wtih it?

Can't remember this one exactly but have you met with Veronika, who should have given you something. Take a look at your mission log as that should give you some hints.

Are you just just exploring around and not minding the flow of the story line? If you do you're bound to bug some missions, especially a number of side missions, as they easily get bugged if the sequence are not played in order.

buy the dlc, ignore them or watch a youtube video
That are simply assets used for the dlc missions.
