where do i get a 5 star meusser?

i've been trying to find most of the 5 and 6 star weapons but the one weapon i am yet to find is the meusser huntring rifle. anyone know what the best way to get it is?

it's a random drop, usually not a common drop, but if you kill a lot of tanks you'll probably get it

Most areas you find ammo for the rifle, then try to get a rival to spawn in the area of the map, chances are good the rifle will spawn in that area,,,,someday. That is my theory and it seems to work 90% of the time.
