Sanctuary First Aid Kit mission

I have nothing else to loot in the church
Crafting station allows me to craft simple first aid kit
I'm asked to get the materials for a first aid kit
Nothing exists to interact with anymore other than the crafting station and bike spawn table.

What am I supposed o be finding because there's nothing on the whiteboard in there either.

Go to the front of the Church. You will see some backpacks on the ground to loot. Also open the hood of a Car to get some Accelerant. Return to Therese. Use the Consumable Crafting console. Each craft will make 10 Simple First Kits. It is suggested you stock up on these.

Considering I have the materials already I shouldn't have had to do this.
I hope the developers can maybe fix this issue where if you already have materials to create it it shouldn't be necessary to find the materials AGAIN.

On the same mission I made the med kit (a few actually) and didn't get credit. I went in and made the mission active (not sure if it wasn't before.) anyway, it then gave me credit when I made the next med kit.
