Overby FNIX Research Facility?
What exactly is it, I go there, and kill a few ticks, but there's only some crappy loot in a few crates.

On the runway, There's a "research facility" But there's barely anything to do in it, There's 3 big red crates in the floor, nothing is destructible.

It has a square big black and red fence going around it, There's a big tower that slides up and down towards the back fence on the other side of it, It's been there for awhile, Like year + on my map, I've never been able to figure out what to do with it.

There are a number of similar structures scattered on the map. Most are decorations at the moment but maybe will have combat relevance in the future.
