What exactly do you want with the sensitivity of the red dot. Please explain in details.
it's just the thing is it feels unfitting when Scopes for short range Combats like Red Dot Scopes have a small sensitive and moving way too slow for agile Robots like Runner than some of other Scopes like Rifle scope 4x8 or PVG's 8x16 which have higher sensitive and moving way too fast and causing bad aim for long range shoots..
*edit* adding some stats explaining how the 2 systems behave for me.
Using the proportional aim option:
(For me using 1600dpi and 21% ingame)
I move my character 2 full 360turns on one mousepad(45cm).
I move the same 2 turns using ironsights, this is 1x Aim.
Using the reddot which is a 2x scope I move 1 full 360turn
The 1-4x scope at 1x moves 2 fullturns but only 0.5turns(180degrees) at 4x magnification.
It keeps halving for the higher mag scopes... proportional sensitivity considering your current magnification
This new system feels great and is like what I'm used to from other FPSgames and I'm very glad it's finally implemented!
---------------------------------------------------
The old default system has a set sensitivity across all the dots and scopes meaning:
(For me using 1600dpi and 21% ingame)
I move my character the same 2 full 360turns on one mousepad.
I move the same 2 turns using ironsights.
Using reddot 2x I move only about 50 degrees.
the 1-4x scope 1x also only moves about 50 degrees and the same is true at 4x, 6-12x and 8-16x. I still only move a set amount depending on my aim slider percentage and system mousedpi.
If I would raise the Aim slider using this old system to get faster dots and scopes I will also make the Ironsight alot more sensitive making a handgun or ironsight maingun useless for anything other than hipfireshooting.
1. In-game settings, game, proportional aim sensitivity > On
2. In-game settings, keyboard-mouse, look sensitivity and aim sensitivity > set both to 50. This has been my configuration for sometime now.
You can update posts and tell us the results.
I want the Red Dot sight to have about the same sensitivity as my iron sights, but if I increase the sensitivity of ADS to make dot sights and scopes more manageable then my iron sights are completely uncontrollable.
It will be awesome if they will add a scope customization for each one of them
P.S: Glad to see people communicating about this game, thank you all:)
