Machine infighting?
I've noticed recently that sometimes, when I enter a new area (or an old one I haven't visited in a while), that there will be gunshots and sparks flying everywhere. I presume that the machines are fighting each other (or something that I can't see), because when I later enter the area after the shots have died down, I see damaged bots roaming around.

Is this a new feature that has been added in a recent update, or did I miss something. I could have sworn these past 2 were the first time I saw them do this.

It's a new feature
They introduced the "Russian's"
The Russians are invading.
((Pretty fitting seeing the Ukraine invasion))

They are another enemy
The Russian machines fight the already present machines.
They both also fight against you!

Yeah, there's now Lynxes, spherical robots, and Wolves, big tracked tanks that can stand up, and they'll fight any regular robots they run into, and vice versa. Thing is, their combat priority is usually enemy robots, so you can literally just rock up and sit down on a nearby hill and watch them battle and even take potshots if you want one side to win. I've shot many of the Wolf repair bits off or tick pods depending on which side I thought was the underdog.

there are now 2 enemies. and the player is alone. where is the ally for the player? in the form of American machines. there are now moving machines. but where is the armored and armed vehicle for the player? he still walks. when the machines fight each other. the player watches. only fights when he hits the machines alone. if you get involved in the battle of machines, both sides of machines will attack the player. only solution. you fight from a distance. if that is possible. In my eyes, the player has become a marginal figure and no longer plays big rollers in the game. the update took the player out of the game. no new missions. no tasks. walking around pointlessly and from time to time flattening a machine. an ally could have breathed new life into the battles of the machines. fight the enemy together. you could have given them orders how to attack. and many other options more. the developers didn't think of that. what a shame.

I'd rather they didnt bother with the fighting machines and just made more better machines to fight the humans.
