What items do I need to recycle to get electrolytes?

I need electrolytes to upgrade my Recycling Station's storage capacity but I have no idea what items I have to recycle to obtain them. Does anyone know which items I need? Input is appreciated.

Recycle emp. Adrenaline too but you'll need it more.

Car batteries as well. Start checking under the hoods of cars you see. Also a way to collect steel.

Personally, I think you're crackers to break down shots OR FR's for electrolyte. I have a scrounger alt that I strip down to undies then go looting cars. Downside to batteries is they're heavy and have to be salvaged in units of 10 so they fill up space quickly, although the plunder 'upgrade' in the landfail update has completely negated that issue.
