Cool house found in Tornberget

I am now starting to see areas that have been added to. I discovered a cool house in Tornberget (Forst Region) that has shag carpet, drapes all over the walls, little seating areas and a red light. I am not quite sure if this suggests a whorehouse or a speakeasy or something but I thought it was a fun find. Tires are a weird choice. Love the game, but it sure would be nice if there were other survivor NPCs you could talk to.

It's the Black Lodge from Twin Peaks
Edit: no wait a minute it's not the one I'm thinking of

Same with the hotel on Himsfjäll it's the Overlook Hotel from the Shining.
Same carpet and there is also a small bike in a corner.

There some more eastern eggs hidden i read about. I do know, that one of the dev's is a Metallica fan. Favorite album, ride the lightning.

I was also thinking it might be a fraternal organization house too. Probably not a whorehouse, there's no beds. But the Twin Peaks reference is probably likely.
