Shot sounds much too loud

Hi,

I wanted to ask who's ears also fall off as soon as you compete against the machines or generally shoot with a gun. We can turn down the SFX value as much as we want, the shots are just too loud. My partner has now turned the SFX down to 10, because otherwise it's extremely banging and that's just mäh.

reminds me of the time I was at the range IRL and forgot to put in my earplugs... The first 45ACP round was an immediate self-correcting measure :)

also why all my gear have silencers installed in-game lol

Guns sounding like guns is one of this games biggest turn ons.

Huh. Sounds like one of us has a bugged-out game, because the sounds of gunfire and explosions aren't nearly as loud as you describe in mine.

The loud gunshot bug can be caused by disabling Heartbeat Sounds under options. The missing audio bug is linked to that option as well. Leave it on and it'll fix this issue.
