Honestly you’re more likely to run into mobs at night in Minecraft than you are machines in Generation Zero too. But I don’t know what he’s on about, minecraft isn’t terribly immersive imo, it’s a blocky sandbox, meanwhile generation zero and many other FPS and third person shooters are high graphics, immersive world games with detailed environments.
Which this game is, ‘apocalyptic base building shooter’ it is, it tells a story with it’s apocalyptic empty world, while you can run into machines and shoot them, or sneak past them because stealth is a thing too, while the base building is more like a fun side game to it all.
Aaaaanyhoo, I agree with the OP.
Just remember, you novice that just started playing, the weapon wheel was added for those that wanted more convenience in selecting weapons and other stuff. It would be nice to have a button to push that I can select what it does.
