When you store weapons in the locker, take the ammo out before you store them. If you store them with all the attachments then to see what attachments they have, pull the weapon out of inventory, like you would pick it up to look at it. There are icons for each attachment that shows if it has that attachment.
Use one of your other characters to keep the locker straight, not your main player character. Use the extra character just before you go into battle and stock the locker with only what you will be using at the time, leaving space for more supplies. As you loot more supplies, you dump it into the locker. When you are done battling, top your main character off and then switch to your other character to sort out the inventory in the locker. That way, you are always ready for battle and well supplied with what you need.
And there are several ways to handle storage transfers with weapons with attachments.
Sounds like you want the game to change to meet your preferences than learning how the system works. And not everyone has the same preferences.
Your second sentence directly contradicted your first sentence. In what way is it "very easy" to manage your inventory if it requires individually dropping each and every single item? In what other game are you expected to drop all your items in order to organize your inventory?
This is very good advice, thank you. However, the fact that we're required to use multiple characters for proper inventory management belies calling it an easy inventory management system.
The inventory is the #1 complaint about this game that both I and all of the friends I bought this game for have.
I literally didn't, stop putting words in my mouth.
I want the devs to add MORE functionality to the inventory system so that EVERYONE can use the system however they please, according to their own preferences, instead of the ONE and only way that the inventory system works now, with no sort orders whatsoever.
So please, tell me: how does the system work? What did I get wrong or miss?
When I'm at a weapon locker I want a quick key to to store all the ammo that is not relevant to the guns I'm carrying. Store all in category is WAY too aggressive.
I ALMOST DID THIS WHEN I WAS FIGHTING THE REAPER!
I was so mad that I came this close to losing my experimental gun. Thankfully I didn't!
That's why my advice if you want to scrap something is to drag it that way you have less chance of scrapping your main guns i mean that's what i do.
I would love if they get rid of the long itemnames that scrolls sideways over and over.
and working on how to make the down/upscrolling of lists load their icons faster.
Lets see what the weaponwheelupdate brings.
