I need another Vision Module!
My vision module has disappeared from the inventory. Is it possible to scavenge it again? Also I remember a screen message that said I could scavenge more from some machines undamaged, is that referring to the ones airborne or just any of them? Thanks.

Yes you can find them again from machine drops (and loot?). It disappeared? If you were over the limits when it disappeared, try to recycle or throw away unimportant items to bring free up space and see if your module is back.

Figured out I can get it almost every time I melee the Seeker without destroying it's alarm module. Great find each time, that module is really helpful. I feel so far into the game and the skill tree is only using 2 or 3 skills atm lol...... Do you know a way to expedite it a little bit?

It's possible you accidentally recycled it, I have before. They drop frequently from hunters, harvesters and tanks of military class or higher. I get so many low light and IR modules I just recycle them.

Getting attachments? For me the most satisfying way to get them is just continue with what you're doing -- destroying machines and as you level up and the rivals level up, the quality of the modules and attachments they drop improves as well.

I make mods and there are mods out there (not mine) that will allow you to replace weapons and attachments with any weapon and attachment you like.

As I've said, I get more fun and satisfaction destroying machines to get them.

And in case someone from here will say "no, no, don't use mod because of (blah, blah blah), remember it's their style and opinion just as I stated my opinion.

But it is your game, you can do anything you want that gives you fun, or challenge or satisfaction.

Browse this link, there are so many things in there, you might find one or two that can help you out.

I already have your link in a GZ help folder, it is a great link. I haven't started hunting rivals yet, I didn't realize they drop new attachments, I am starving for new attachments :p. Looking forward to it. I have heard about experimental weapons and it has me curious. I definitely need to improve my attack strategy and weapon damage before I start running into higher level rivals and especially the walkers. Here is the link I have been going to often, don't know how reliable its info is but it seems pretty good. https://generation-zero.fandom.com/wiki/Machines

The fandom page is accurate, but very incomplete. It was last updated same year GZ was released so it doesn't take almost any new dlc into account. For example, it has nothing about the updated crafting system and very little information on rivals or experimental weapons. You're better off looking for information on here.

What's your current progress at? Level, highest weapon star, region, etc?

The official GZ forum is also good. https://forum.generationzero.com/

I've 2 spare in my footlocker. If we run into each other on the field I'd be glad to give you one. Cheers,Liam

Hey Liam, thank you for the offer. I didn't know at the time I can salvage the module over and over again. I have a few now.

Glad to hear that. I decided to start a third character and used the two i had in the footlocker for the weapons for this third character. Cheers,Guinness in hand Of Course,Liam

That is very true :/ I'm currently working on updating all the info on there, but it's a difficult task for me alone. Since it is a community run wiki, you can contribute too, if you like! Just 10 minutes to update some item's page would already help me a lot.

Vision modules are extremely easy to get but the one you really want is the triple mode one which is hard to come by but very handy.
