Locked bunker door

What's up with the locked door at -1822.674, -3285.308? It doesn't seem to be connected to the large bunker under the mountain south of the artillery base. I've found a few old discussions on this topic, but noting conclusive. Finished every mission in the base game and afaik FNIX Rising too.

You need to do something to open it. It may be kill machines for 3 key cards or something else.

As per my original post, I've finished the game, meaning I've killed everything in that area enough times for any key cards and whatnot to drop. What I'm basically asking is if anyone knows if said door currently serves any purpose.

Wow! I just wanted to make the same post and made screenshots today. I also completed all main and side missions of the game including both DLCs and I don't remember any of these bunkers ever were related to any of the missions.

Aren't those just for the command bunkers? If not, where do I pick up the mission to pick up the cards?

just for the Vesslan Bunker, and other command bunkers

You need three key cards to get into _all_ of the command bunkers. Technically not Hermelinen which has a broken side door. Norrmyra isn't a command bunker so it's not in that quest line. If there are key cards Norrmyra too, where do you get the mission for the cards? Or are you just guessing/making stuff up?
