Himarvet Collectable
I am not willing to go through every damn building in this massive town looking for a piece of paper. If someone could tell me the collectable location I would be grateful.

There are 2x collectibles at Himarvet, one that counts towards collectibe counter and another one that doesn't.

For the one that counts, it's inside police station (need Arms Race mission to get access), at front desk. Go behind it and look down, on the bottom shelf.

The one that doesn't count, NE of Himarvet is water tower, next to it's entrance is dead solider and next to that solider is another collectable.
