might be better places than the one i found but if u go to Saltholmen church, there's a blue house nearby. outside the door u find 3 medkits. in the back room another 4. All standard (50% health back) the house is on fire though so you'll take small damage when entering. the meds respawn every time u go there..

go round the churches looking in car parks / parkering if you can. The loot containers that look like backpacks are your best bet.
