How to level up clothing stats?

You can find clothing that has qualities or now you can find blueprints and craft your own.

That said they don't "stack" so your resistances/qualities stay low.

Greg, really? So, if you craft 1% bullet-resistance 20 times, you just get 20 different shirts with a 1% increase (or just 1 shirt with that increase if you haven't bothered to select a different shirt during each crafting)? Ouch. No point in carrying the junk around.

Yes the Max you can get atm is +1% for every Craftable Clothing. As far as i remmeber thats 4 so 4%. Crafting and Crafting Material is atm nearby useless.

I think that get changed later you can see that the actual crafting recipes are all 1 Star Recipes. If this Recipes can reach later 5 Stars we can maybe get 20% instead of 4%.

But i realy hope the Developers adds more then Clothing Recipes. Would be cool if we can craft Vehicles, Weapons and maybe Robot Servants.^^

Apparel schematics are found either as pickup items (generally 1-2*) 3-5* are loot items from robot kills. Most only raise stats up to 5%, but some like Athletic Shoes go higher. Schematic locations can be found online with coordinates. The schematics apply to one article of clothing per upgrade and you have to have all the tiers for each one, as in 1 star bullet resistance for jacket as well as 2, 3, and 4 to use the 5*.
