Vesslan bunker, locked door?

Is there any way to open Vesslan bunker door at 1523,3885? It is south, across the large hallway from the war room/storage box. I have completed the mission there, restored power, cleared all the enemies but the door stays locked. Do I need to do the whole command bunker quest (all bunkers) or should this be openable somehow?

I am not sure anymore because my progress is completely messed up from playing multiplayer once so doors may be bugged to hell...

I've read people saying that this is a bug and can be unlocked by fast travelling away then back again. I've read others saying that this maybe opened by a button somewhere in the world (probably another bunker) or that it unlocks when finishing a mission (main or side). I played through for several days on an XBOX with a friend and noticed at some point that the door did become unlocked somehow but I'm pretty sure you stumble across it sooner or later. I can't remember what level we got up to but it certainly wasn't as high as level 20 (maybe level 12ish) but we did run the main missions (we stopped before the air port one) but had collected and done a few side missions. I do vaguely remember a strange button that was supposed to unlock something but can't remember what that was now. Bugs stopped us playing any further and we started again but then my XBOX @ 1.5 months old decided to stop working and my friend doesn't have a PC so I'm playing solo and haven't got nearly as far as we did (so difficult by yourself... maybe 'slow' is a better word to use over difficult).

I wish I could give you a better answer but the first time we played everything was new so discovering stuff all the time. I'm trying to play through so I'll post back if I find that button again.

Something tells me it's around the base with the missiles, there's a train track that's got a train derailed on it. I can't pronounce the Swedish names for these places most of the time so I just ignore them otherwise I might have been able to give you a name for the place. I don't know if the button is in there or close by (as in a mission somewhere) but that was when we started looking for a door(s) that should have been unlocked. I think most bases have a mysterious door that is locked (in all big bunkers maybe)

Well, I'll keep looking then, maybe I will find it myself. If I do, I will try to remember posting it here
