Rocket launcher ammo

Where is the best places to farm rockets? Thanks

On FNIX robots. Altough honestly the rocket launcher is underwhelming. You shouldn't grind too much to get ammos for that, ammo takes up too much weight, reload time is huge and it doesn't deal that much damage

my first experimental weapon hopefully it will pack more of a punch.

You can find these in bunkers as well depending on your level. They have helped me take out giant enemies more easily.

If you fire a few rockets at a tank, you'll often get a lot back in the loot. Particularly with higher level tanks, and if you have the extra ammo perk.

I was not impressed with the experimental launcher (which fires two rounds and, naturally, takes longer to reload). At the ranges I tended to use it, the second round nearly always flew over the target. The two don't seem to have the same trajectory. I learned to aim at the target's feet, so that the second round stood some chance of hitting the upper body. I was also burning through ammo. I ditched it over a months ago. As to finding ammo, you can use ammo cans in a pinch (yielding 3 per can). There are three locations that re-spawn them, two almost immediately. I won't 'spoiler' them here.

Thanks everyone I did find some rockets and was able to kill my first tank.
