Controls messed up

For some reason i can no longer sprint with left shift even though i have reset the button several times and restarted the game and system, shift key does work i've tried it just wont let me sprint.
Also i can no longer move and jump at the same time, so can no longer jump in trailers and certain buildings, i can jump standing still just not on the move.

Anyone any ideas please ?.

Could try checking on the settings.json file in your My Documents folder, the path to get there is something like this "C:\Users\Name\Documents\Avalanche Studios\GenerationZero\Saves\settings\74561165006216004\settings.json"

Drag the file into Notepad or something similar, scroll down to the bottom and find the lines such as:

"KeyMapEntry_crouch": 0,
"KeyMapEntry_jump": 0,

0 = default settings for each key binding.

They are set to default thanks,
like i said i can jump just not while moving,
and shift key works in game if i go to type something in chat,
it seems to be a problem combining the keys with w, i can not shift w even in chat i can shift ADS just not w, and i can move and jump left right and back just not forwards,
ordered a new keyboard on same day delivery so will try again after that gets here.
