Graphics Film Grain

I'm trying to enjoy the game but it hurts my eyes, why is there a film grain all over, do i have a setting wrong the entire game looks pixelated except close up, someone else wrote:

remove motion blur, film grain, chromatic abberation and whatever other graphical effects add to the blur/haze please!!

Do we have a setting wrong the game is blurry, grainy, its looks terrible, but if you read the other reviews they talk about the how great it looks ? On the store page the game doesn't look like this ? I'm confused...

I included my rig, something has to be wrong I would appreciate your help.

I wanted to add I have not had even 1 crash, the only thing i noticed is when I ADS for some reason the movements are not correct or it act like i'm stuck to the ground, but the game looks like total garbage..640/480 or somthing

Everyone has been suggesting to use a reshade. I've been playing around with it and it kind of helps. Devs have already said you can't get banned for using it.

Yeah, Reshade allows you to sharpen and fix the game's blurriness and contrast, which can look pretty nice.[i.imgur.com]

I used this for something else....but why would the DEV's not clean it up it looks terrible? The game appears to struggle with 21:9 as well

lol I mean it doesn't look that bad.. the blur however is very VERY annoying. Meh.

Re-shade helped a little, this must be what poorly optimized means, the farther you look the blurrier it gets, this is a game killer, its hard to ignore I hope they can fix it.
