Marking enemies
I see many things mmention marking enemies, so my friends can see them, but I cant find how to do it? What did i miss? How do you do it?

It's a skill that you have to unlock :)

In wich category? Tech? Survival? Whats the skills name? I can only find skills the IMPROVE the marking ability but no specific marking ability.

It's a skill on the survival tree, 3-4 down. Annoyingly you have to use binoculars to tag (after swapping visual modes). I'd like to see scope spotting, until then it's a relatively useless skill, imo.
