How can I get to the island on the right of the map?

It's said that we need to do tasks before we can pass, so where can we take them?

you have to go in the forest region to trigger the mission i think. the wiki says this

Walkthrough

Locate the military convoy north of the IGA Industrial Facility
Get the field terminal in the truck to work
Go to the docks at Lennart's Marin
Investigate the warehouse at Lennart's Marin
Answer the walkie-talkie
Find a wheel to craft a makeshift pulley
Fit the pulley onto the boat
Use the winding mechanism on the boat to cross over to Himfjäll

I still haven't triggered the mission. Is this task triggered directly or at a specific location? (I went to the forest and found that the last task could not be found. ) :(

Go to Lennarts Marin AB "near the island" to the left of that on the road there will be two police cars and a truck, one police car has a radio inside that you will use to contact someone on the island.

They will tell you what to do.

Once you purchase it you should at next login to the game get a popup of a new mission which if you activate will lead you down the path Miyo describes. If you are absolutely not getting it in your log then you may have a bug. There was a big problem with that when the DLC was first released but they rather quickly published a hotfix which supposedly solved the problem. Make sure the obvious things are out of the way - verify your game cache, make sure the DLC is checked as installed in the game's properties. Otherwise you may have to seek assistance on the official forum (generationzero.com). One other possible fixed if your save is in fact bugged is to join a multiplayer session where the mission has been activated, which should then transfer over to your save game world.
