Apparel changes?

I just noticed that only the Gas Mask and the Leather Shoes still have stats tied to them. All other clothing/apparel I've found no longer have any stats tied to them.

Was this an intended change?

There is apparel with stats and apparel without stats. Both still exist-

But the clothing, except shoes and gas masks don't have it after the patch.. even when picking up #500 of the same piece, that says it have stats when picked up, but not in profile when viewing the part (or any other part but the masks and the shoes)

Perhaps it is a bug affecting those that have aquired clothes from before the patch was applied?

This is exactly what I’m experiencing it has stats when you find it but once it’s in your inventory it doesn’t have anything anymore. Just shoes and masks seem to be unaffected. Heck the shirt and boots you start with had stats and now don’t.

Yep, just deleted all local content and character. Before picking up items it tells you they have eg Bullet resistance but when your profile to wear it it doesnt show any stats

Same. Fresh game. Complete reinstall. No stats on anything but shoes.

Same. All stats gone. Old and new clothes. Gasmask still has Resistance and three pairs of shoes.

Yeah I mean I was always suspect of their actual effects, now they are all gone anyway...be interesting if/when they get fixed/come back it will actually be noticeable.

All clothes except shoes and gas masks have no stats anymore.

They know about it.. but are on an Easter vacation now (looking at the QA and tester build)
