Joining a friend how !! RESOLVED

I'm want to join my friends game but the join game is greyed out, so how do i join his game ?

This is because it´s a privat sesson.
He has to invite you.

That´s what he has to do:

1) esc
2) Multiplayer
3) t

Than he can invite everyone who´s playing/is online

He selected Multiplayer then press t but nothing happens
The correct way is
1) continue regular game once in
2) press esc
3) select multiplayer
4) then press the letter t that will bring up your friends list and then select the friend/s that you want to invite
5) if your the host you would hit esc to get back to the game with your friends
