I know it isn't really quite what you are looking for, but in the meantime, the workshop has some little model fish that I've used to make pretend koi ponds, and they look pretty good at the level of zoom I'm usually playing my game with - if I had an awkward bot of landscaping to do, I'll pop a mini pond with a fountain and it cheers right up :)

I disagree entirely, quality of life updates are essential as people's hardware changes over time. Also, system-level maintenance is essential to good quality DLCs down the line.

"Excluded animals in the Trade Centre from the calculations for average animal welfare and the zoo reputation's animal rating." Greatly appreciate this small update. This has always bothered me for accomplishing challenges.

Also love the continued support for this amazing game and how even now there are still addition of animations for animals (arctic fox burrow and leopard hanging)

hey planet zoo, i played this game for more then a full week non stop and i really love it its really the best simulation game i every have played but since youre focussing on another game right now i just wanted to ask and i know this can take allot of time but i really wanted more birds and big fishes to be here and it doesnt have to be allot but like a hammer head tiger shark or even a whale shark would be awsome also eagle or parrot that would be sick since the mods are not very realistic i really hope you guys will see this

Hi my planet Zoo has been removed I paid around 70.-!! for it and nothing listed now in Library list. That is very strange!! it also says no licence ? I think there has been made a mix-up because the first time I bought it was at the beginning 2024 I did ask for a refund which has been done. but last summer I bought it again for around 70 and that one was in my list.
now it has been removed and also shows a message about a refund for much less than this, so that is probably about the first buy. that's very strange because I bought the Planet Zoo: Premium Edition for around 70,- and did not request refund again!! did you use a backup or something??

Raise it with Steam, nothing to do with Frontier.

Hi Frontier! I'm one of the users who has started experiencing crashes since this patch, where before I had no issues. I'd really like to play again! I want to provide information here that might be helpful, especially if anyone else experiencing this issue can help narrow down the problem?

- I've verified my files on steam,
- rebooted my device tons of times.
- never touched a mod
- the only DLC I have added is Twilight (added before the patch).
- Every zoo in any mode crashes the second it loads or very soon after, EXCEPT Castle Myers, which will also load in any mode.
- I'm (unfortunately due to old hardware) on Windows 10 but up to date.

Hope this helps! I've only been playing this game for the past month or so, so if there is a better place to post this information, please let me know! Happy to relocate to wherever is most effective.

But also...... if a fix is not in the near future, hopefully Frontier doesn't mind posting a beta branch on Steam so those of us experiencing this (new?) crash issue can roll back to a previous version?

Send a ticket or contact Frontier directly; they do not look at these forums.

They don't read steam posts... But maybe update the stupid american bison to allow groups bigger than 10... As an American this is so... insulting... No bison should be living in groups of three. they live in massive groups in the wild. the only reason they live in small groups now is because they were eviscerated by idiots pillaging the west in the 1800s... I've been dreaming of doing a yellowstone style park with a big 50 member herd. but it's not allowed... because of some silly british guy that thinks that a bison is a solitary animal...
