Keepers won't go into a tunnel
I can't post screenshots here so I will just give some details and hope someone can help me because I'm very confused as to how to fix it.

At both tunnel entrances I was unable to place staff paths so I ended up digging out a tunnel through a small blocky mountain I had terrain stamped, the purpose of this tunnel is to provide staff with access to the upper level of a red panda exhibit because as is they can't get up there and I want to keep my mini rock climbing wall up to it for the red pandas (would be funny if they can't get up that as I have yet to test that.)

I have null barriers placed through the tunnel and above this tunnel (on top of the mountain/hill) there is a path for guests. I have tried smoothing out the terrain everywhere numerous times and the keepers will not enter the tunnel. There are some big rocks somewhat near it but I moved the closest ones away to no effect.

Okay, Look in the steam forums for guides on adding screenshots. But here is a quick help. with overlay enabled in steam we may take screenshots tapping f12. We then need to open steam, click view and select screenshots at the bottom of the list. In that window that opens we can choose to share those screenshots. To get them in a post we just copy the url for the uploaded pic into a post.

For those keepers, they must enter a habitat through a keeper gate so keep that in mind. On paths it sounds like there are stairs involved, yes? If those stairs turn 180 degrees without space between them path finding logic fails. Likewise if stairway paths are too close vertically.
Of course it's difficult to grasp the situation that is occurring in your case without some visual reference.

Okay so it turns out this isn't a problem anymore, I just had to reload the game and it fixed itself. The staff traversable area shows keepers can access the upper level. Thank you for helping me, really appreciated :)

Also an extra note: tunnel is within the habitat, no stairs involved as the upper area isn't too far up.
