No possible recovery after drinking dirty water?
It was my fault, I expanded into an area where the water wasn't being cleaned, and all my lemurs then drank from a dirty pool.
But that seems to leave me in a state that I can't recover from
My animal's welfare is in the red as follows:

Welfare: 31%
Nutrition: 24%
Hydration 100%
Last drink cleanliness 13%

I've sent all the lemurs to quarantine, but they come straight back in exactly the same state, it doesn't get treated like a disease despite the low welfare
But they're at 100% hydration so they don't want to drink from the nice new pipe I've added, either.

This means I either live with a year of their welfare in the red, whilst waiting for them to get thirsty and protesters tanking my zoo, or I simply give up on those lemurs and get a new set.

Am I missing something here?
It feels buggy that the vets don't consider my animals to be sick, despite the low welfare

I have this issue with a wolverine that was fed by stupid guests. Well to be fair, I forgot to put a no feeding sign, but still...
It's welfare stayed in the green so I left it there, but I also would like to know, what to do about it as the vets don't feel responsible for that.

If they're sick, go to each animal, then click on call vet. They'll come take them to the vet surgery to treat them.

Quarantine does nothing for sick creatures. They need to go to the vet surgery to be made well. The better option is to hire a couple extra vets and keep calling them to the habitat rather than manually sending them to the hospital. That way the vets will always return them as soon as the animals are well.

Animals that have eaten guest food will eventually get better. It might take a while for some but it does happen.

Don't forget the worst part bout them eating guest food-they become addicted to it! Just like my cats do. They'll be fine after a little while. I always forget no feeding signs.
Just don't forget to make the vet surgery for the rest of them.

Thank you - I tried sending them direct to the vet surgery myself, which wasn't allowed.
Not sure why I didn't try calling a vet!

(but haven't had a chance to give that solution a try yet, as finally completed gold on the Myers castle with last Himalayan bear arriving just after I posted that - hopefully I won't be so dumb in the future to cause the problem in the first place!)
