New Zoo? New Theme? Where to Start? HELP?!?

I REALLY wanted to make a Zoo with my friends, but they're all currently offline.
Any Ideas for my new zoo? Theme, Where do I start, Biome, Continent, Animals?
Pls let me know!!!

That is always the question we all ask. I like to suggest that players think of a simple back story about a zoo. It need not be a detailed story but just enough to start a bigger story about a zoo. As the zoo grows, think about how the things you add work into the story. You will be amazed at how effective this can be as it tends to guide one to create a very well organized coherent zoo with a solid visual theme.

Like the zoo I'm Still working on (Icy Reindeer Village) isn't a zoo but a village.
so ALL the staff rooms etc. are the houses and stuff.
I talked to Varick aswell a few mins ago, and they said that he built a zoo (Peaceful Illusions) and said that you always make a backstory aswell.
But I'm thinking abt doing a new zoo, and the theme I'm going with is going to be . . .
: drum roll : The Lord of The Rings!!!! But so far it's looking tricky, but I'll manage!

That could be a bit of a push to do. Not sure how well it would translate to a zoo but give it a go.

I would love to see it as well! What sort of animals are used the most in that series?

In the book there are horses, eagles, Oilyphants and blackbirds. I think there was a mention of deer as well but I think that was at a feast.

A nice entrance at the Grey Havens..Could have some nice farm animals from the new pack in The Shire and Bree, maybe some peacocks and swans moving on to Rivendel and some butterflies or something. Then goats and clouded leopards in the misty mountains. Some bears where Beorn lives. Some exhibit spiders in the Murkwood, and a big old Croc up at the lonely mountian. ( I sometimes name a good one Smaug.) Horses and Mules and some grazing animals down by Rohan, then you could put a train ride through Mordor with some of the monitors perhaps. Minas Tirith could be a gathering spot for eating and shopping. Maybe some aquatic animals at Isengard as the Ents flooded it. Moria and Khazad Dum would just be fun to build as would Lothlorien ( I bet sloths would live there all happy and sleepy).....well, that's what I would do if I had enough ambition.

Lord of the rings? No orks unfortunately. But often I do zoos with zones with species types in.

Vakr, that is SOO many ideas!!! I'm def gonna use some. Unfortunelately, I don't have any DLCs, except for the Arctic DLC, but I can deffinately improvise!!! I might use the Okapy or reindeer for horses/mules and I'll def do Peacocks. I can do a wolf or Arctic wolf for Huan, and I don't know how I'll be able to do a Drake tho. . . but I def want to do a dragon, even if it's just a skull. But please DO let me know ANY more idas, and I'll keep y'all updated! I'll also upload pics whenever I'm online to keep y'all updated!!! I might do some Dall Sheep and make Hobbiton Shire there habitat or smt along those lines! I'll also do a train ride bc it sounds SOOO cool! And maby a monitor or a crock can be a Drake perhaps? But please do let me know any more ideas and I might definately use one!!!

Somebody made this in the workshop, a guy named Surviver. I don't know what DLC it requires. Maybe if you wanted a grand start for inspiration and somewhere to begin you could plop this down. I have never used it, but it looks really cool.
