Tips on clearing up storage space?
In franchise mode I've found myself with no storage space.
It's mainly baby animals that I took out of habitats to manage population but it seems they have piled up....

any idea on how to get rid of them? since i cant sell

Unethical solution: put it in the lions cage
Or you can put cubs in quarantines, but protesters will come and you have to pay for their food anyway

in order to manage population you could use contracceptives
Make a 'throwaway' zoo, put the baby animals into it until they are fully grown, release them to the wild. Use that zoo every time you need to have a clearout.
Storage zoos are the key for breeding animals. Animals in a storage zoo also do not age while one is not in that zoo so they may be left unattended. That zoo is basically in limbo while one is away.
For babies/juveniles, it's better to create a habitat in the breeding zoo for male offspring and one for female offspring. There they may mature unattended without worry of unwanted breeding. Once mature one can decide where they go permanently. They could be sold, released or sent to the storage zoo.
This works for both franchise and for sandbox regardless of settings when one is trying to breed up high level stock.

For some species, you can have 'bachelor' habitats to hold your juveniles as over-spill from the main habitat, then as they age up, you can release/trade them. Many animals can tolerate a larger group size for a single sex.

This works well for species that benefit from company, species that are happy with larger group sizes and species that have large litters.

I have these additional pens tucked around the edges of the main zoo, if people see them, that's nice, if not, never mind.

Species I've had success with in this way, so far include:
-gazelles
-antelope
-camels
-caimen
-gharials
If the baby animal is born with awful stats, or if I am cleaning up space...I toss it to the lions...the guests seem to think the zoo is very underpriced while that occurs.
