Everything but Arctic pack showing up for me
I'm part of a steam family library that has Planet Zoo and every single DLC, but for some reason, Arctic doesn't show up for me. It shows up for my friend who bought it, but not me. To make it even weirder, the Arctic DLC is the only one that says it's in MY "library"... I don't know how to get the game to recognize that the DLC is there. I've tried uninstalling, I've tried verifying the integrity of the files, I've deleted all files off my computer and started over... nothing helped... Anyone have any idea of what I can do to fix this?

Open steam library and right click on properties. Then select dlc and be certain that there is a checked box next to the ones you have.

When I do that, it doesn't even show up in the properties. That's part of why I'm so confused, how is it in my library but not showing up in the properties or in-game. :/
Sorry, I didn't make things clear in the previous post. Right click on Planet zoo in steam library and select properties. DLC should be listed in the window that opens.

Yes, I understood what you meant. It doesn't show up there at all.

I just uninstalled steam completely, reinstalled it and PZ, still nothing. I'm quite frustrated with this.

Figured it out on my own, I had to permanently remove the DLC from my library through Steam support. Now it works through my family library.

Hope this helps anyone else having this issue.
