Ultimate Edition and Future DLC's

I bought the "Planet Zoo: Ultimate Edition" pack a few months ago (late July) and was curious if those who buy that bundle get access to the future DLC's to be released. I noticed I didn't have the new Zoo Keeper pack. I just want to know if that's true or not so i have my facts straight, and if so how do I get it? Thank you!
