Waddya know? The billboards work!

I placed a billboard advertising an empty gondola ride next to the entrance to the zoo, and now people are riding it.

Works with most things in the zoo that can be tagged as advertising targets in the billboard's info panel.

And now for the next experiment. I have the picture set on Chief Beef. I'm gonna place one of those close to the ride, with a Hot Dog Squad next to it, and see if the Chief Beef gets more customers.

hmmm....and the cookies offered to the guests had nothing to do with it. Right. :D

But if its next to the ZOo entrance how can they walk past without noticing the Gondola? I don't think our ai guests are very bright. At least they can find ATMs and the toilet. I always place those near where I want them to blob. In fact my next zoo I am only going to have ATMS and toilets, no animals.

I don't think guests show up with NO animals at all. At least that's what I think happened in Let'sGameItOut's first PZ video. He had no animals, just a ticket gate. They went up to the gate, turned around, and left.

Ok, I will have 1 sand cat then with lots of atms haha

Edit: Make that 2 sand cats so I can breed them. I'll make 1 giant habitat and spend 3 hours trying to find where they are.

If you want to find them quickly, go to the zoo overview. There's a tab for animals. Click on the animal, then a teardrop. You'll go straight there.

Btw, cats are slightly expensive to keep. Most of them are, anyways. Keep 2-3 small exhibits with cheap bugs in them. Donation bins and education boards next to all animals, to bring in more money. Maybe one info booth table, so they can adopt animals. Maybe have a snake in one small exhibit. They don't have a lot of babies, but they bring in more cash when you sell them. Have fun!
