What is the deal with this idiotic profanity filtering?

Is it just me or is the profanity filter a little strict? Ok it is funny that you autoname animals that one cannot sell on the market due to profanity names every now and then but I just got rejected a zoo name of 'Buffalo' .... really? You block an animal name that is actually placed under that name in game? Please tell me that this is just a bug or is some stupid AI maintaining this list?

Anything with Buffalo is rejected. I wanted 'Water Buffalo Conservation' but I tried many others with Buffalo

I thought it was Buff but that actually worked so it is actually Buffalo
