Game crash (whole desktop freezing)
The game (franchise) unfortunately keeps 'crashing' regularly. I do 'hardware monitoring' via MSI Centre. CPU temperature and usage remain fine. I have a GTX3060, this should also be sufficient.

The strange thing is, my entire PC freezes, I can't do anything anymore. Even ctrl+alt+del do nothing, I have to turn off my PC via the power button and restart. Can the developer at least add an option for autosave? Sometimes I lose a lot of my game and have to do a lot again, it would be nice if we could set the autosave to 5 minutes for example (I don't know what the autosave timer is now).

May we assume this is a new issue and the game worked before?
Does this occur in all zoos and game types or just a single zoo?
Are you running mods from places like nexus?
Have checked for windows updates, graphics updates and system updates?
Have you verified game files through steam library?
Happens to me too. Did you find a solution?

Try going into your Steam settings and in the "In Game" section, turn your server browser pings/minute down to 1500 or 1000.

Mine was set to "auto" which was 5000. There's no reason a server has to be pinged that frequently.

After changing this setting, I was able to successfully load up all of the tutorials and saved games that would instantly crash me previously.
