staff seem to be crammed stuck in entrance?

Theirs only 15ish staff in the entrance and they cant seem to fit through the entrance and its weird how they aren't facing them. I kinda looks like they are moon walking.

No clue how to fix this. I tried closing and opening the game, and opening an older save of my zoo and those two things didnt work at all.

Are you able to click on and select those units? If yes then just move them to a new spot. If no, try moving the gate. If this is a zoo gate be certain it has a guest spawner connected via paths. Note that the game gets very confused if the path system connects to both sides of an entrance gate. So be sure one side of the entrance gate connects only to a spawner or group of spawners and the other side connects to the zoo path system.
