Why don't the cleaners clean the toilets?
Only then do my cleaners clean the toilets. when I send them there myself. I'm mad! I have even left one cleaner for every two toilets, to whom I only left "Toilet" in the tasks, but he still just walks, and the visitors complain! The same problem was a year ago, when I buy the game, it still exists now! Developers please fix this! :(

Do you have the toilets in the same workgroups as your caretakers? And enough caretakers to take care of the toilets as well as trash/bin activity AND animal transport?

I literally never have this problem doing all of the above.

I even turn off Animal Transport for all caretakers that are assigned to workgroups specifically for trash/toilet duty. I just put a few in the same workgroup as my vets for doing the transport tasks. Otherwise cleaning tasks fall behind any time you do a lot of transport activity.

Yes, of course, toilets are included in work groups and there are many workers in all directions.

Try turning off the transport task on at least some caretakers in each work group.

Also toilets have two breaking mechanics:

- reduced cleanliness which requires a caretaker
- actually breaking which requires a mechanic

Very good point about the mechanics; I did not thinking of asking about that.

Also, if the toilets are very busy, you might need to increase their cleaning frequency. It's on the 2nd tab for the toilets and defaults to once per year. You can set it to be more often than that.

I did all this. I have five zoo in the franchise, but only a few of them have such problems. :(

check to maybe see if the caretaker going to clean that toilet is glitched stuck in a crowd, that happens to me frequently

How big are your work zones? Try making more specific smaller zones. I keep my work zones very specific and keep their areas very defined. I find when I used large work zones workers did not maintain things properly.

A worker stands next to the toilet and does nothing. :( I will clean every 3 months, let's see what happens. Each worker has only "Toilet" highlighted in the job description, there are no other tasks. There are only two toilets in his area and they are not far from each
