Welfare going crazy since last update
Since the last update, my animals have been getting low welfare/ crowded space alerts just from sitting in a narrow part of a huge enclosure, such as facing a nook in a rock, or passing through a corridor. Previous to the update, these narrow parts were not an issue. If the animal just moves, the alert goes away. Typically I just moved them to get it to shut off, but that feature seems to have been removed. Ideas?

I have a formosian bear who drops to 0% stress the very moment he leaves his hard shelter... a couple of arctic foxes who escape their enclosure..... in the middle of their habbitat...or rather; they get tagged as having escaped but are in their enclosure so they haven't escaped at all...but that still tags the guests in the area to panic.... a Eurasion Lynx who loves swimming...and then whines about having no food yet making no attempt to move to the feeding box that's a stone's throw from the shore from where he actually got in (and yes it's full of food)...

This update....it has some issues.

it's weird too...after just letting it be for a while and ignoring the wellfare messages I noticed I can go for months without any animal having a problem...then weeks upon weeks of issues like I described.... there's no way for me to tell if it's an actual issue due to MY design or just the engine going bonkers...

It IS a problem (and I reported all of them of seperate issues and again as the umbrella "wellfare gone nuts") because I'm busy building a breeding zoo for Arctic Foxes and formosan bears

Animals having 0% welfare because they saw a person? Check
Animals in the middle of their habitat "escaping" Check
Staff complaining they can't find a staff room when you can see an empty one from their first person viewpoint? Check.
Animals starving because they won't eat their food? Check
Protesters going crazy about animal welfare, because animals have low welfare because they saw a person? Check.

Hopefully they patch everything they broke?

I do not know if you know this or not, but there has been a new update 1.9.1.

I have run into a couple of these myself.

But the Animal welfare going down to zero, I was able to fix that with the combination of one way glass and the do not disturbed signs. (I also blocked the entire barrier until the stress level went back up) ------Just curious if this already been tried and still facing this issue????

I haven't tried the one way glass, yet. That can likely work for a lot of the animals. It's still a bit much, to know they were fine one day, and now after the update they're freaking out. I'm doing the campaign, so I'll research barriers and try the 1-way glass.

One-way glass works half the time and some parts of the one I'm working on where I cannot change from glass to anything else. Since I haven't played in a long while thought I would go back through the Career tutorials to refresh my memory and been at this for about 10 days and my biggest glitch was no aging, no pregnancies going to term, and no alphas, but that seems to be resolved since the 1.9.1 update. I have all the glitches you listed plus now working on the Panda one, the Okapi go for a swim and can't figure out how to get out, and get stressed then get out and run straight to a viewpoint and freak cuz there are people. Not to mention the Ghirails on the other side swimming through to the Okapi/Tapir habitat and making things go crazy. Then there are the Pangolians, tortoises, and Japanese Macaws who are constantly going off and the social tab is red but nothing in any of the other tabs is red except the social bar which gives no clue what their issue is. I came looking for a work around the Ghirails, because I can't get anything else done dealing with them. I am going to try the signs with the glass and see if that helps. I also had to turn off the education warnings because any speaker within 2 radii of the next speaker said they were overlapping. I'll head over to the issues page and add my support for these.
