are there any blueprints with no dlc needed?

You will have to look through each one you want to see what is needed. I do not see an filter for just the base game and blueprints.

If you click on "Beta" on the Workshop you can get blueprints with no DLC's. There are 100 pages worth of items.

I've always wished there was a new tag called "No DLC" in the game when you use no DLC's.
If I can think of other tips on how to get them I'll let ya know here.

That can be frustrating. Unfortunately most players that share things are the type that have multiple DLC. Best advice is to watch the sales and grab a few DLC when they're cheap.

When you go to the main Workshop screen click on a category. That will then take you to the screen where minus signs appear to each category. You can then click the DLC minus signs to exclude all items with that DLC.

There are a TON of blueprints on the workshop that do not use DLC.

As @Varick already indicated, you can filter out all of the DLC when viewing/searching the workshop by clicking the '-' symbol over in the filters on the right side of the page.

You may not have realized that it was an option because the '-' symbol blends in pretty well with the page background and is, oddly, placed on the opposite side of the filter name as the checkbox.
