Report a translation problem
I've always wished there was a new tag called "No DLC" in the game when you use no DLC's.
If I can think of other tips on how to get them I'll let ya know here.
As @Varick already indicated, you can filter out all of the DLC when viewing/searching the workshop by clicking the '-' symbol over in the filters on the right side of the page.
You may not have realized that it was an option because the '-' symbol blends in pretty well with the page background and is, oddly, placed on the opposite side of the filter name as the checkbox.
