If your question does pertain only to blueprints, just ignore me, lol, since you have other replies for them. I thought I would post just in case what you aren't finding are actually zoos, rather than individual blueprints.
@grampers62, you're right, it isn't clearly stated in Steam. Having this topic arise again makes me think it might help if creators added a little blurb to zoo uploads as to where to look for the download. With every sale new players are attracted to the game and have to go through the learning curve. This is a question I think is going to come up time and time again.
Any idea why I can't find him? I have all the DLCs, all I can think of at the moment is that it needs a reward that I haven't won yet.

I went ahead and downloaded the map myself and it showed up just fine for me. I took a look at it and didn't see anything that should prevent it from showing up for you. Sorry, I don't have a suggestion to help you. It should be in the Steam downloads tab.
@mooneyhamt, glad to hear you found the zoos. I hope you get the crashing issue sorted out.
