Ultimate edition worth buying?
How is the ultimate edition?
Is it worth the value?
I like the animals of some packs and think I might get UE version of the game. Please help me decide.

Totally worth it, assuming you aren't piss poor broke. Really not worth it if it means you have to eat gruel for a month or sleep in a cardboard box in an alley somewhere.

As for price matching, Steam will do that IF you recently purchased it right before a better sale, if you meet the requirements for a refund. If you don't, it seems to vary depending on the rep that reviews your ticket, but the answer is more often "no" then "yes".
You have to do a manual support ticket to even try to get a price match. They do not do it automatically, ever.

If you think you are going to want all the packs, yes, go ahead and get it now.

The price for the Europe pack is not going to get discounted until March/April, and by that time another DLC will have come out, making the price go up on the Ultimate Bundle yet again despite the Europe pack going down in price.
