Red Fox Low Welfare

I raise about 11 red foxes on a land area of 27,816 m² and a water area of 6,162 m². However, when my red foxes swim in the river, they have always had low welfare. Is this a bug, or can it be solved?

You might need to check the water temperature. That's controlled by the water temperature facility.

is the low welfare because they're stressed and trying to hide? if the water is too deep, they'll struggle to swim fast enough to seek shelter on land. try removing the water and raising the terrain until the depth is <100 cm (as in, it should be shallow enough for them to wade through effortlessly).
