Not really.... Because then people could just set up a ton of mini-farms and make a ton of easy cash. Allowing people to sell brand new juvenile animals would break the games balance.
Yea... already told the OP that... I don't think they get it since they keep saying that the "only thing" they can do is keep them in storage.....
Just leave them in the habitat, don't move them at all :) The game is meant to be realistic and in real life the babies stay with their parents until mature enough to fend for themselves. This is a different amount of time depending on the animal type (so is the length of pregnancy different). Just leave them where they are. They are no good to you whatsoever in the trade centre but while they're not in the habitat you are probably losing money. You may even end up with protesters because of your poor treatment of animals :) :)
I would just leave the offspring in their mothers habitat until they mature, but if you have to get rid of the offspring you could feed them to hungry lions. I think its a bad idea but it can be done.
The other option is to set your male/females to use contraceptives in your pens so that you don't produce any offspring.
