no one here is asking for 'wow i bet this game would be better multiplayer :)))'

what we're asking is that, i have 4 players locally - myself and 3 friends. We're not going to buy the game, 4x indivdually and play alone. that's stupid. but zoo tycoon, which is on the game pass, we all play together. so if this game had multiplayer, we all would play. together. no one cares if it works great single player, we're not going to buy the game and play alone.

so we're asking if it's multiplayer.

You can continue to play alone, regardless, no one cares.

When did Zoo Tycoon ever have multi... Wait a sec, you're not on about that god awful 2018 or whenever it was pile of garbage? That doesn't deserve to be called Zoo Tycoon........

I can see why people like multiplayer though. Personally I always prefer tycoon games solo as they're intended, but I can totally get why people would like to build with friends/etc. Release their tiger while they're busy building another exhibit and have them deal with the problem for example!! Hehe.

look at past games from frontier, do they have multiplayer? the answer is NO, so to answer your question this game will never have multiplayer, its a kind of game that's best played solo, if you want multiplayer there's a dime a dozen out there that might satisfy your needs

I would actually love a multiplayer option where you can build a zoo with a friend and actually be in the same zoo at the same time while doing so :).

Zoo Tycoon (2013) has nothing to do with Planet Zoo. Despite both being about building a zoo, they have nothing in common.
Be prepared for Planet Zoo never going to have a multiplayer, because it won't ever happened, since 99.9% of players not interrested at all in it, prefering playing it solo and for devs to focus on content update, bug fixing and DLC rather than super costly muliplayer.

agreed it's a lot of fun in rct2 and zoo tycoon very fun :)

Would be really cool for multiplayer! I hope it comes in the future but for now as a lot of their games are not multiplayer its unlikely that we would have multiplayer now :(
