Report a translation problem
The next thing to do is reset the habitat. Do this by moving a barrier post slightly, wait a moment and then tap ctrl+z to undo that move.
All this assumes you have no mods from places like nexus installed and that you have already verified game files through steam library.
Refilling the enrichments is considering feeding the animals.
So if the next time the zoo keeper enters the habitat and both items are empty, they will refill the nearest one to the gate.
I usually try to add the food and water items near the gates.
