Why isn't there a bundle in the store that eliminates stuff you already own?
I'd get the entire rest of the DLC right now, if the bundle would cross off the content I already have, much like many other games have. Have they ever stated why it's not setup like this?

When you look at the full list of their DLC's does it not show a blue banner going across the image saying "In Library"? That's what I see on my end.

It does. If you click on a bundle to buy it when you go to the cart, it automatically omits what is in your library.

EDIT: I just went to the store page, clicked on the bundle, but the only option to buy it was as a gift because I already own them.

I know from experience that when I want an expansion that I don't own of another game, it's always better to avoid buying it as a single item on Steam. Quite often, I find it's cheaper to go into the bundle because the game is cheaper when it's part of a bundle, over buying it on its own. The other day, I bought the new expansion for, House Flipper. It was on sale. I already own all the other expansions. The sale price through the bundle was cheaper than buying it solo. Steam automatically omits the games in your library.

There's two types of bundles on steam. This is one that should be an omit bundle. But instead, it forces you to get the whole thing. It's a bit shady. I bought a few of them instead.

I have encountered them myself. I own *most* of these DLCs. There are two I refuse to purchase. Sometimes Steam will offer you "so many dollars off" if you buy a bundle, and sometimes, you just have to buy the whole thing. Always watch what you are buying, but I still love Steam. I would have two or three games (total on this PC) if I didn't have Steam. And I am old enough to have been in on the ones that bailed on their cash-paying clients before. Trust issues... lol

Steam is not the one offering. Frontier is the one.

Frontier should absolutely consider adding a loyalty discount for customers trying to bundle in DLC they don't already have, by discounting any previously owned DLC together in a single or a few packages.
