how the heck are you supposed to hide stuff from gusts in the zoo when nothing works?
I've tried putting it many meters underground building a whole underground network of power, water treatment, and water heaters. yet some how even buried under many meters of earth random public can STILL see it? HELL, I've even had some see it from the whole other end of the zoo!
I've tried hiding it in shells, still negative effects
I've tried hiding it with barriers still negative effects
I've tried everything together, shells, barriers and burring it, but still negative effects!!!!

NOTHING seems to work i just get spammed with endless notifications of X Y and Z Facility is having a negative impact, it's annoying as heck and nothing seems to work to hide them!

Strangely, even underground, you will need to "decorate" the utilities to reduce their negative impact range.

(The "heat maps" button in the very bottom left of the screen is helpful in seeing how far their ugliness reaches. Click the heat map button, and then find the "negative guest impact" (or however it is worded) filter at the top of the screen.)

You are able to decorate utilities and staff facilities up to a 50% reduction in "ugliness", but no further. It also works better on staff buildings than it does on utilities. I hope this helped a little, at least. It can be frustrating, I know.

I DID, that's literally what i am saying i've hidden them in every conceivable way and still even from the complete other end of the zoo they still somehow see them and still somehow this has a negative impact, not matter how much i decorate, hide and hide them underground and as i said on the last one ALL 3.
literally, nothing works

The range of negativ impact is 3d, so putting facilities underground is sometimes not as good, as one may assume.
I usually put small units for the staff near the enclosures and away from guest paths. That works fine for me and the staff have short ways too, that helps with the cleanig and feeding. For the rare occasions, something has to be near guests, I add an 100% scenery item from the workshop. Solar panels have no negativ impact, in case you were not aware.

again i've put shells on them. i've put shells on them and hidden them behind fencing, i've put shells on, hidden with fencing AND buried them.
and yes Solar panels do have negative impact :/ tried those to! its like all my zoo guests are attack of the karans
the things alone or in combination are not working its just endless negative impact.

It sounds like you're looking at the wrong setting. Solar panels definitely don't cause a negative impact. Negative impacts are shown by a red circle around the object. Post some screenshots of your issue or issues and someone might be able to help.

I'm not looking at the wrong settings those annoying endless red notifications of "this facility is having a negative impact" are not exactly easy to confuse with anything else IT LITERALLY SAYS WHAT IT IS and when you click on it, it takes you to the "item" causing, which in my case is EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM.
What I AM doing is I'm telling you what my guests are doing. read my posts to see what the problem is. no matter WHAT I do, anything to do with staff, power or water gives me a negative reaction NO MATTER HOW MUCH I HIDE IT! AND THEY CAN EVEN SEE IT FROM THE OPPOSITE END OF THE ZOO. I do not know how much more simply I can put it.

I would suggest verifying the integrity of your game files. That probably wont help, but you never know.

As I said, If you want help post some screenshots. Constantly yelling about it isn't going to help if you don't actively try to determine the issue. We can't see your screen because you've yet to post any screenshots.
Unless your entire Zoo is red, for some reason, then it's extremely easy to see where the negative impact is and keep guests out of those areas. If your entire Zoo is red then report it for the bug it is.
